MFF picks final player list for U-19 ASEAN Championship

The Myanmar U-19 team has selected the final players to compete in the 2022 ASEAN U-19 Championship to be held in Indonesia.
Team Administrator U Ye Win Aung, Head Coach U Soe Myat Min, Assistant Coach U Min Min Tun, and Goal Coach U Sein Aye will handle the team.
Goalkeepers Hein Htet Soe, Htet Arkar Win, and Sai Swan Tonkhay, Defenders Lin Lin Tun, Lan San Aung, Tun Tun Thein, Myo Min Hein, Kyaw Wunna, Khant Zin Hein, Khun Aung Soe, Midfielders Hein Zaw Naing, Chit Aye, Tar Yar Win Htet, Moe Swe, Ye Kaung Set, Zaw Win Thein, Okkar Naing, Arkar Kyaw, Thura Aung, Phyo Thant Ko Ko, and Soe Myat Min, Strikers Win Htet Aung, Htet Myat, Thein Zaw Thiha and La Min Htwe will be in the final player list.
The Myanmar U-19 team has been training with 28 preliminary players since 20 April, and 26 players have been reselected from the final list.
The 2022 ASEAN U-19 Championship will be held in Indonesia from 2 to 15 July.
Myanmar will face Brunei, Thailand, the Philippines, Viet Nam and Indonesia in Group A while Malaysia, Laos, Timor-Leste, Cambodia and Singapore are placed in Group B.
Myanmar will play against Brunei in the first match of the group on 2 July. — Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
