Military columns join full-dressed rehearsal ahead of 77th Anniversary Armed Forces Day

State Administration Council Vice-Chair Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Vice-Senior General Soe Win inspects the rehearsing military columns in full uniform yesterday.

The military columns that will take part in the 77th Anniversary Armed Forces Day parade on 27 March participated in the full-dressed rehearsal at the Nay Pyi Taw parade ground yesterday morning.
During the military parade, Anawrahta Column, Kyansitha Column, Bayintnaung Column, Aung Zeya Column, Hsinbyushin Column, Bandoola Column and Aung San Column marched from the Thittat parade ground to the Nay Pyi Taw Parade Ground to the accompaniment of, the military band singing and marching in unison.
Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, Union Minister for Defence General Mya Tun Oo, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Soe Htut, Chairman of the Leading Committee for Organizing the Armed Forces Day Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Maung Maung Aye, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, Chairman of the Armed Forces Day Organizing Management Committee Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Zaw Hein, and officials inspected the rehearsal, and Vice-Senior General Soe Win a attended to the needs.
The military parade comprised officers and other ranks from the Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) and the Myanmar Police Force, female service personnel, Navy SEALs, members of the Tatmadaw (Army) armoured Corps, members of the Tatmadaw (Navy) mechanized troops and aircraft and helicopters from the Tatmadaw (Air). — MNA
