Mineral exports bag over US$48 mln in Q1 this FY

According to the Ministry of Commerce, over US$48 million was earned from mineral exports in the first three months of this financial year.
From 1 April to 5 July 2024, a total of US$48.931 million was generated from exporting minerals, including jade and gems. The private sector earned US$48.271 million, while the State sector received US$0.660 million from these exports.
Last financial year 2023-2024, mineral exports reached over US$68 million. Various minerals such as gold, jade, pearl, diamonds, lead, tin, silver, copper, zinc, coal, and other metals are exported. — TWA/TRKM
