Minister of State for Foreign Affairs attends opening ceremony of Interim Liaison Office of the Embassy of China

The opening ceremony of the Interim Liaison Office of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China was held on 8th September 2017 at Grand ACE Villa in Nay Pyi Taw.
There ceremony was attended by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs U Kyaw Tin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar Mr Hong Liang and concerned officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw Council and Nay Pyi Taw Development Committee and other invited guests.
At the ceremony, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar firstly opened the Interim Liaison Office of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China by cutting a ceremonial ribbon and splashing aromatic water to the ornamental plate of the Office.
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs then delivered opening remarks, followed by the remarks of the Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar. There ceremony was concluded with a photo session.
