MoBA Union Minister receives Ambassador of India to Myanmar

Union Minister Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung of the Ministry of Border Affairs received Indian Ambassador Mr Vinay Kumar to Myanmar at the Ministry’s meeting hall yesterday.
During the meeting, both parties openly discussed peace and development of border regions between the two countries, the development of human resources in border regions, and the success of development activities that were implemented in the Chin State and Naga Self-Administered Zone with funding assistance by the Republic of India, following the Myanmar-India Border Area Development Plan, which was a coordination plan between the two countries, and further cooperation in various sectors. — MNA
