Union Minister for Commerce U Aung Naing Oo met commercial attaches who will be working abroad at the ministry and gave a speech yesterday.
The Union minister discussed matters related to main exports from the country, the export of value-added products to international markets, increasing exports and gaining more market shares, collaboration with governments, organizations and entrepreneurs concerned, the invitation to foreign countries to visit and invest in Myanmar, and real-time knowledge of foreign markets. Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo urged commercial attaches to make their utmost efforts for the development of the trade and economic sector of the country.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister for Commerce U Nyunt Aung, the permanent secretary, directors-general and commercial attaches. – MNA/TS
