Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister Dr Nyunt Pe, currently in the People’s Republic of China to attend the 2023 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week ceremony, met Secretary-General Mr Shi Zhongjun of the China-ASEAN Centre and party yesterday.
Both sides talked about the implementation of discussed matters from the Myanmar visit in July by the secretary-general of the China-ASEAN Centre and continued cooperation between the CAC and the Ministry of Education.
At the meeting between Communist Party Secretary and Guizhou Province Governor Mr Li Bingjun and Ministers of Education from ASEAN countries, ambassadors, senior officials from the Ministry of Education, consuls-general of ASEAN countries, Myanmar’s Minister Dr Nyunt Pe introduced the educational cooperation between Myanmar and the People’s Republic of China.
The Myanmar delegation also joined the dinner to mark the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week. — MNA/TS
