MoE UM receives Russian Ambassador

Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin received Ambassador Mr Iskander Azizov of the Russian Federation to Myanmar and a delegation in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
Both sides frankly exchanged views on the processes to be carried out in the future for increasing the energy sector cooperation and investment between Myanmar and Russia, issues of technical assistance for increased production of oil and natural gas, and upgrading oil refineries and fertilizer plants. — MNA/TS
