Ambassador Mr Chen Hai of China to Myanmar calls on Union Foreign Affairs Minister U Than Swe yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.

Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Mr Chen Hai, Ambassador of China to Myanmar, at 1:30 pm on 17 February 2023 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further consolidation of the existing Pauk-Phaw relations, acceleration of the implementation of Myanmar-China mutually beneficial bilateral projects, continuous provision of constructive support towards Myanmar’s Peace Process, maintenance of peace and stability along the border area between Myanmar and China. They also cordially exchanged views on regional and international matters of mutual interest as well as for closer collaboration between the two countries in regional and multilateral contexts including ASEAN and the United Nations. – MNA
