A Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Tin Oo Lwin left for Sri Lanka yesterday by air to attend the Centenary Ceremony of Makutarama Myanmar Buddhist Temple established by Myanmar’s Bhaddanta Vinayalankara and other religious ceremonies which will be held on 20 and 21 August, in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Upon departure from Yangon, the delegation was seen off at the Yangon International Airport by officials from the ministry. — MNA/KZL
