MoRAC Union Minister inspects special exhibitions of 75th Martyrs’ Day

Union Minister U Ko Ko of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, Deputy Minister Dr Moe Zaw Tun, Yangon City Development Committee Chairman Yangon Mayor U Bo Htay and officials arrived at the Ministers’ Office (Secretariat) at 9 am yesterday morning. Then, they inspected the parliamentary building, the site where the State Flag Hoisting Ceremony takes place, the meeting hall where Bogyoke Aung San and his cabinet members were assassinated and exhibits put on display.
Afterwards, the Union minister and party visited the Bogyoke Aung San Museum (Yangon) and inspected the layout plan of special exhibitions for 75th Martyrs’ Day, preparations for greening the museum, and the complete summary of Bogyoke Aung San’s speeches displayed on a 32 inches touch screen, rare photos including the funeral ceremony of Bogyoke Aung San, which are put on display for public by using digital museum technology and the land preparations. He left necessary instructions to responsible personnel. — MNA
