Myanma Tatmadaw wins 8th place in 3rd CISM World Cadet Games

The cadets who represented the Myanmar Army at the third CISM World Cadet Games held from 4 to 12 August in the Russian Federation participated in three of the seven types of sports.
Tatmadaw won a gold medal in the rifle shooting individual rapid-fire competition, a silver medal in the rifle shooting team rapid-fire competition, a bronze medal in the pistol shooting competition and another bronze medal in the pistol shooting team competition, respectively, and ranked eighth among 20 participating countries.
The cadets who participated in the third CISM World Cadet Games and the administrative coaching officers returned to Yangon International Airport yesterday morning. It was reported that officials met them at the airport. — MNA
