U Kyaw Zeyar Lin, Myanmar Consul-General in Chongqing, China, joined a briefing on the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on 27 August in Chongqing City, China, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The briefing was held at the Foreign Affairs Office in Chongqing City, and the consuls-general, diplomats residing in Chongqing, scholarship students, and foreign correspondents were present at the briefing.
During the meeting, officials discussed economic and social reform policies. Additionally, the Myanmar Consul-General reportedly participated in a media interview on behalf of the consulates-general based in Chongqing, China. — TWA/MKKS
