BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 11th September, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated Lower Sagaing Region, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread in  Bago, Yangon and Regions, Shan, Rakhinem Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin  State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 – 7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of decrease of rain in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State.
