Myanmar football star Kyaw Ko Ko, a striker of Yangon United will likely to transfer to Thailand League 1 team Chiang Rai United, according to the websites of the Myanmar National League.
“If the transfer will be sure, his transfer will be a good opportunity for Kyaw Ko Ko. This is a good consequence for not only Kyaw Ko Ko, but for the Myanmar national team. The Thai leagues are very good in tactics and strategies and stress powerful playing. After about two years of playing in this kind of league, Kyaw Ko Ko will become a marvelous player, with better skills and stamina. He then will contribute more benefit to the Myanmar national football team. I would like to say congratulations to him for hearing like that,” said Myo Thet Naing, a Myanmar football fan.
Agreements are undergoing between Yangon United FC and Chiang Rai United for the transfer, said an official from Yangon United. Chiang Rai United Football Club is a Thai professional football club based in Chiang Rai Province, a city located in the very northern part of Thailand.
