Myanmar lose U-20 South Korea 0-3 in third friendly

The Myanmar women’s team, taking training in South Korea in preparation for the 31st SEA Games, played their third friendly match in South Korea against the South Korean U-20 women’s team on 3 May.
The Myanmar women’s team lost to the South Korean U-20 squad 0-3 in the match.
Myanmar women’s national team head coach U Tin Myint Aung used a different starting line-up for the match against South Korea.
The team line-up includes goalkeeper May Zin Nwe, Khin Myo Win, Chit Chit, Nant Zu Zuu Htet, Khin Mo Mo Tun, Thin Thin Yu, Pont Pont Pyae Maung, Lin Myint Mo, Khin Moe Wai and Myat Noe Khin.
The team made six substitutions during the match and used youth players in both the first and second half. The Myanmar women’s squad played three friendly matches in South Korea with one draw and two losses.
Myanmar lost 3-0 to the South Korean U-20 Women’s Team in both friendlies and drew 1-1 with the Seoul City Women’s Team.
According to the Myanmar Football Federation, the Myanmar women’s team will take training in South Korea until 5 May and leave for Viet Nam on 6 May. — Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
