Myanmar participates in Education USA Forum 2024 held in Washington DC

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Myanmar participated in the Education USA Forum 2024, which was held in Washington on 31 July.
The Myanmar Embassy in Washington joined the forum, organized by the Bureau of Education and Culture under the State Department, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C.
At the Education USA Forum 2024, the Myanmar Embassy distributed pamphlets containing information about Myanmar, its education system and activities, and programmes for international students to learn the Myanmar language at foreign languages universities in Myanmar.
More than 60 foreign embassies to the United States participated in the educational exhibition, along with representatives from many universities and academic advisers from Education USA centres.
Additionally, foreign embassies in Washington discussed the education systems and opportunities of their respective countries. At the same time, representatives from universities and colleges in the United States explained the opportunities for higher education in the country. — ASH/TKO
