Myanmar men’s volleyball team is falling in Group B, according to the fixtures of the Cambodian SEA Games men’s volleyball tournament.
Previously, only seven teams would compete in the SEA Games men’s volleyball tournament, but after the drawing-lot ceremony, the addition of the Philippine national team was added to the three-team Group A.
According to group distribution, Indonesia is placed in Group A with host Cambodia, the Philippines, and Singapore while Group B sees Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Viet Nam.
According to the group match schedule, the Myanmar team will play against team Viet Nam on 3 May, Malaysia on 4 May, and Thailand on 6 May.
The Myanmar squad is in a tough group and is likely to play hard to qualify for the semi-finals.
The Myanmar volleyball teams are preparing for the SEA Games with local coaches and trained in China as a pre-competition preparation.
