The Myanmar Boxing Commission (MBC) has officially announced that the upcoming professional boxing event in Myanmar will be open to the public with free admission.
The event is scheduled for 2:00 pm on 20 August at the Myanmar Boxing Federation Training Ground, located within Thuwunna Youth Training Centre in Yangon.
Participants have undergone rigorous training in preparation for this event, which acts as a stepping stone to international competitions, including Japan’s prestigious JBC tournaments.
MBC, an officially registered and independent organization in Myanmar, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japanese Boxing Commission-JBC. The Myanmar’s commission is dedicated to providing opportunities for Myanmar boxers to compete on the global professional boxing stage.
The event will showcase national pride, featuring state and regional titleholders, traditional Lethwei champions, and talented young fighters, all competing for glory. — TWA/KZL
