Myanmar Sports Team leaves for 32nd Southeast Asian Games

The Myanmar sports contingent are seen at the Yangon International Airport before leaving for Cambodia.

Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Myo Hlaing, who is also General Secretary of the Myanmar Olympic Committee, and the Myanmar Sports Team left Yangon by Myanmar National Airlines (chartered plane) yesterday afternoon at the invitation of the XXXII Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia. They were seen off at the Yangon International Airport by the principal of the Institute of Sports and Physical Education (Yangon), the director of the Sports and Physical Education Department, and responsible personnel.
One invited person, a member of the administration team, the president and two administrative members of the Myanmar Rowing & Canoeing Federation, five coaches, six male athletes, and seven female athletes (Judo sports), two coaches, two male athletes, and two female athletes (weightlifting sports), and five coaches, eight male athletes, and six female athletes (Vovinam sports) are reportedly included in the sports team. — MNA/CT
