Myanmar to show A Flower Above The Clouds film at ASEAN+3 Film Festival

Myanmar will showcase it’s A Flower Above The Clouds film at ASEAN+3 Film Festival held in The Prague, the Republic of Czech, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The film festival will run through 9 September at the Municipal Library of The Prague screening the movies and short films from ASEAN countries, China, Japan and Korea daily.
The film A Flower Above The Clouds directed by film Director Zinyaw Maung Maung will be screened on 8 September, according to Dr Htun Naung, Chargé d’ Affaires of Myanmar embassy in The Prague.
The movie of film Director Academy Zinyaw Maung Maung contains actors Ryu Sang Wook, Kyaw Htet Aung, Academy May Than Nu, Academy Wutt Hmon Shwe Yi and other artistes. It is about an orphan Chin lady who is feeling insecure around the people due to her childhood trauma. She meets a Korean boy who arrives in Myanmar to do social welfare activities and she has got encouragement and mental power, and she applies it in singing competition.
The opening ceremony of ASEAN+3 Film Festival was held at the Municipal Library of The Prague on 1 September. — ASH/KTZH
