Myawady Tsp continues basic supply distribution

Officials in Myawady distributed the 5 basic household supplies to 3,500 houses in the Kayin State-town yesterday, said Myawady District Administrator U Tayzar Aung.
Since the beginning of distribution on 10 April, Kayin State Hluttaw representative U Thant Zin Aung, district administrator U Tayzar Aung, township administrator U Phyo Zaw Ko Ko and officials have been assisting in the distribution process. They distributed to 848 households in Meahtawlay village-tract yesterday.
Similarly, the five household supplies were distributed to 1,300 houses in ward 3 and 1,352 houses in ward 4 of Myawady Town at a rate of 8 pyis of rice, 50 ticals of cooking oil and salt each, and a viss of lentils and onions each per household.
On 10 April, 200 households in Myawady Township received the supplies, 1150 houses received them on 11 April, 1100 received them on 12 April, 500 received them on 13 April and 2500 received them on 14 April. —Htein Lin Aung (Translated by Zaw Htet Oo)
