Union Minister for Health Dr Thet Khaing Win and attendees cut the ceremonial ribbon in front of the outpatient department of Nay Pyi Taw Traditional Medicine Hospital (100-bed) yesterday.

Outpatient department of Nay Pyi Taw Traditional Medicine Hospital (100-bed) was opened with a ceremony at the National Herbal Garden in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
Union Minister for Health Dr Thet Khaing Win looked around the patient registration unit, patient examination room and patient treatment room in the outpatient department.
After the officials have presented the conditions of successful treatment of patients with traditional medicines, the Union Minister stressed the need to use traditional medicines not only for the treatment of COVID-19 but for the other seasonal flu diseases, urging officials for arranging the people to know the good potency of the medicines and for manufacturing the medicine on a wider scale.
Next, the Union Minister viewed round the thriving of herbal plants the National Herbal Garden.
The outpatient department of the hospital opens for treatment from 8 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday. —MNA/KZL
