NUG’s affiliates, PDF terrorists kill education personnel, commit school bombings

The NUG terrorist organization and its affiliates, the PDF terrorists, are using various methods such as intimidation and coercion of teachers and parents, arrest and killing, burning of educational buildings, mine blasts, burning of textbooks and lootings to discourage the education of children, to create an uneducated class, and instil fear to support them.
In doing so, Headmistress Daw Moe Moe Khaing of the Basic Education Middle School Branch in Bote village, Wetlet Township and her sister were shot dead while they were at home by PDF terrorists yesterday morning.
Similarly, clerk Daw Naing Naing Maw at Sataung BEHS in U Shit Gyi village in Sagaing Township was abducted by PDF terrorists while she was at home yesterday evening. At around 9:30 am yesterday, security personnel found and deactivated two homemade mines planted near the school campus gate and near the school stairs at the Basic Education Primary School in Naungparkhar ward, Naungpoaung village, Homalin Township, Sagaing Region.
In addition, PDF terrorists detonated a mine near the Basic Education Middle School in Pyitawtha ward in Monywa Township at around 10 am, and it is reported that the blast didn’t affect any building or anyone.
Security personnel are working together with the people to quickly identify and arrest the perpetrators of the bombings on school buildings and other administrative buildings, killing of teachers to prevent young people from getting an education, according to the Myanmar Police Force. — MNA
