The Shwedagon Pagoda Trustees Board on 6 July issued a notice regarding the change of owner names for 93 shops opened on the four stairways of the Shwedagon Pagoda.
The Shwedagon Pagoda Board of Trustees allows those eligible to open shops on the stairways following rules and regulations.
Currently, those who have the right to open shops have sent in applications to allow them to register the shops in their names.
Therefore, the Board of Trustees announced that those who would like to lodge complaints regarding this can do so within seven days starting from 7 July. — TWA/MKKS
