Over K2 bln presented for 44th Aung Bar Lay lottery winners

A total of 377,870 lottery tickets were sold for the 44th Aung Bar Lay Lottery, according to a statement from the Aung Bar Lay Branch of the Internal Revenue Department under the Ministry of Planning and Finance.
As the lottery ticket sales were K3778.700 million, a total of K2645,090 million, 70 per cent of the total ticket sales, will be given as prizes. The prizes include one K500 million prize and one K100 million as special prizes, two K50 million prizes, three K20 million prizes, six K10 million prizes, nine K5 million prizes, 12 K2 million prizes, ten K1 million prizes and 20 K300,000 prizes, 200 K200,000 prizes, 2,000 K100,000 prizes, 10,000 K50,000 prizes and 100,000 K10,000 prizes.
Moreover, three prizes of K1 million, 40 prizes of K300,000 and 400 prizes of K200,000 will be given away, using K95.65 million which has accumulated as some winners did not claim the prizes. — TWA/GNLM
