A happy life defines the satisfaction of somebody over own life and the daily life based on happiness but the life of wealth, the life of graduate, the life with higher ranks and the life with associates.
Having happiness for somebody fully endowed with physical wealth is not adequate. Only when someone can gain physical and mental well-being and social delightedness will they build a happy life.
Finland has been standing as the happiest country across the world for five consecutive years, followed by Denmark, Island, Switzerland and the Netherlands among more than 150 countries, according to the global happiness report of the United Nations issued on 18 March 2022. Across the world, Afghanistan has been the lowest happy country, followed by Lebanon, Zimbabwe, Rwanda and Botswana. Moreover, Ukraine stood in the 98th position, and Russia, the 80th on the chart of happiness.
Such data collected by the World Health Organization estimates that some 300 million of the global population are currently encountering depression while the rest number of the population is facing unhappiness based on unidentified diseases and frets. It is because a large number of people cannot emphasize well-being due to the accumulation of various pressures in the globalization process.
The majority of the residents from the countries with low happiness lose their confidence in various kinds of internal conflicts and wars and packs back the burden of poverty, lack of rule of law, growing drug problems, the hardship of basic needs for their lives and misses the chance to enjoy the basic rights.
It is necessary to consider that the happiness of the people depends on democracy and human rights, freedom of faith, social safety and giving a helping hand to each other in addition to basic factors to the socio-economic life. Only when the global people possess the aforesaid factors will they enjoy the fruits of happiness in their lives.
Only then, will the countries fulfil the mental and physical well-being of the citizens with constructive attitudes over life free from conflicts and full prevalence of the law and order. If so, the people from those countries will have to foster a constructive attitude and those countries will be free from internal conflicts and full prevalence of the law and order. Such a situation will be a paradise for the people as well as a drive for passing the happy society on to new generations.
