Pauk Sa to compete in two world billiards championships

Myanmar national billiards star Pauk Sa, who won the gold medal in the 31st Viet Nam SEA Games, will compete in two world billiards championships, according to the Myanmar Billiard and Snooker Federation.
Pauk Sa is currently taking training for the 2023 Cambodia SEA Games and will also compete in two World Billiards tournaments this year.
Myanmar star player will compete in the IBSF World Billiards Championship in Malaysia in early October and the WPBSA World Billiards Championship in Singapore in November.
The World Billiards Tournament organized by the International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) is a tournament that Myanmar players regularly compete in, and the World Billiards Tournament organized by the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) is Myanmar’s first entry.
Pauk Sa also plans to compete in the Singapore Open, which will be held in Singapore before the WPBSA World Billiards Championship.
Pauk Sa won the gold medal in the billiards individual competition in the 31st SEA Games held in May this year. He is also preparing for the upcoming SEA Games in Cambodia and has previously scored more than 1,000 points at one time. —Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
