PDF explosive trainer Khin Kyaw, PDF int’l relations officer Ko Ko Naing (a) Dawna, related suspects arrested

After arresting the PDF bombing trainer Khin Kyaw (UNRA) and PDF International Relations Officer Ko Ko Naing (a) Dawna, the State Administration Council has urged the public to report any information on the terrorists, NLD members Thein Naing, Nyi Nyi, Myo Zaw Aung, Kyaw Soe Lin, Khin Maung Myint, Maung Di, Khin Soe, Ye Yint Aung and Daw Hnin Kyi who have been cooperating to carry out terror attacks in the country under the leadership of Yi Mon from illegal CRPH and NUG.
Khin Kyaw has been conducting sabotage training since March 2021 by working with the leaders of the illegal organization NUG. He joined the ABSDF in 1988 and split from it in 2014 to the UNRA with seven members in Papun Township. Ko Ko Naing (a) Dawna (PDF International Relations Officer) has been liaising with Yi Mon from NUG, former Chairman of ABSDF Tun Aung Kyaw from Japan, NLD supporters in abroad and international organizations for necessary military equipment and funds for the PDF training.
According to two of them, Tun Aung Kyaw (former Chairman of ABSDF) who lives in Japan and Aye Min who lives in the USA collected funds from the NLD supporters and NLD party members, under the guidance of CRPH and NUG member Yi Mon, to conduct military and bomb disposal training as well as to purchase ammunition and carry out terrorist bombings.
It is reported that Tun Aung Kyaw has formed and chaired the NDF (National Defence Force) by linking NUG members to get support from NLD members from abroad and international organizations in inciting violence in the country.
A total of 173 terrorists including Khin Kyaw and Ko Ko Naing have been arrested with 131 varieties of arms, 37 homemade guns, 559 grenades, 2,251 homemade bombs, 1,473 40MM bombs, 14 RPGs, 1 mine, 269 magazines, 10,515 assorted bullets and related materials.
They are responsible for the death of 189 civilians, arson attacks to 60 schools, 74 administrative offices and 35 police stations in the country as well as 480 bomb explosions in schools, administration offices and police stations.
As they have accelerated killing innocent people, setting fire to schools, government and public buildings and bombings to undermine the government, security forces took necessary security measures and arrested the suspects.
It is reported that supporting and encouraging the internationally published terrorist organizations PDF, CRPH and NUG is punishable by up to 20 years in prison in violation of Section 123 of the Penal Code.
The State Administration Council has called for public cooperation to arrest the terrorists and members of illegal organizations including Ye Mon and to report any information about them secretly to the relevant authorities. People are urged to work together for peace and stability in the towns and villages as soon as possible.—MNA
