Prize of K200 mln added in Aung Bar Lay lottery starting July

The Aung Bar Lay Lottery Directorate of the Internal Revenue Department issued a statement on 30 June that a special prize of K200 million will be awarded at the opening ceremony of the Aung Bar Lay Lottery to be held on 1 July due to the increase in Aung Bar Lay lottery sales in June.
For the month of June, both Aung Bar Lay lottery and the Aung Bar Lay online lottery sold tickets worth K5,176.703 million, so K3,623.692 million will be allocated as lottery prizes. The sales increased by more than K100 million compared to the sales in May.
Due to the increase in lottery sales, at the opening of the Aung Bar Lay lottery to be held on 1 July, prizes of K500 million, K100 million and K200 million will be added as a special prize. In addition, K250 million will be rewarded from the confiscated prizes. — TWA/CT
