Rakhine State Administration Council, Tatmadaw (army, navy, air) provide financial assistance, construction materials, commodities to displaced persons

The officials of Rakhine State Administration Council and Tatmadaw (army, navy, air) provided cash contribution, materials to construct houses and other commodities to displaced persons in Rakhine State yesterday.

The donation ceremony was held at Sasana Mula Maha Thiri Monastery in Shwe Laung Tin Village of Rathedaung Township of Rakhine State and attended by Rakhine State Administration Council Chairman Dr Aung Kyaw Min, officials of West Command, departmental officials and villagers.
The council chairman firstly delivered an opening speech. Then, the council and Tatmadaw (army, navy, air) donated K9million, construction materials and commodities, and then, the village administrator expressed words of thanks.

The council chairman and party paid homage to Presiding Sayadaw Baddanta Arcara of Sasana Mula Maha Thiri Monastery and donated the offertories.—MNA
