Rakhine State Chief Minister U Nyi Pu and party visited Kanaung Gyi Village in Yathedaung Township and met with local people at a monastery in the village.
During the meeting, the Rakhine State Chief Minister focused on socio-economic developments of the local people and peace and law enforcement, along with the region’s development in education, health, agriculture and livestock and breeding sectors.
Afterwards, attendees stated some necessities of the region and responsible officials sought solutions to the issues, followed by the Chief Minister’s coordination.
Afterwards, the Chief Minister and party also met with local people in Ywarthit Kay Village and Hteeswel Village.
During the meeting, necessities of the local people were discussed, and the Chief Minister and party donated Ks 3 million for a temporary school building in Hteeswel Village, it is learnt.— IPRD (Yathedaung)
