Republic of the Union of Myanmar State Administration Council Order No 17/2022 12th Waxing of Tabodwe 1383 ME 12 February 2022 Withdrawing of ongoing criminal proceedings against ethnic armed organization members

The State Administration Council Chairman has released this order under Section 419 of the Constitution to withdraw the ongoing criminal proceedings against AA members and 46 subordinates and release them by honouring the Diamond Jubilee Union Day that falls on 12 February 2022 and ensuring durable peace.
