SAC Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla inaugurate Youth and Literary Arts Exhibition to mark Diamond Jubilee Independence Day 2023

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla attended to open the Youth and Literary Arts Exhibition to mark Diamond Jubilee Independence Day 2023 at the Myanmar International Convention Centre-II in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.
Union Ministers U Maung Maung Ohn, Dr Nyunt Pe and U Min Thein Zan cut the ribbon to open the exhibition.
The Senior General and his wife unveiled the exhibition. The Senior General and his wife posed for documentary photos together with attendees to the ceremony. They then took two and a half hours interestingly viewing round the booths of the exhibition and the booth on screening the documentary film “Noble Myanmar”.
In the second session of the ceremony, artistes and students from No 6 Basic Education High School, No 11 BEHS and No 20 BEHS in Nay Pyi Taw, Pyinmana BEHS No 1, Nay Pyi Taw BEHS No 7, BEHS No 5, vocalist Myanmar Pyi Thein Tan, and Tin Maung San Min Win and troupe performed the song and dance entertainment.
The Senior General and his wife presented the flower basket and cash awards to the students and artistes who performed the song and dance entertainment.

As a gesture of hailing the Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the Youth and Literary Arts Exhibition aims to motivate the students to read books and publications, know the advantages of literature, uplift patriotic spirit, prestige and integrity through movies and fine arts, adore the independence of the nation with the knowledge of independence struggle and sufferings in the colonial era, enjoy peace, stability and beautifying scenes of the nation with development activities as well as panoramic rural scenes, have the soul for adoring the relevant regions and states through the photo art show, and easily know endeavours of relevant ministries through the displays of booths at the exhibition.
The exhibition will last until 28 December, and it is formed with 62 booths of relevant ministries showcasing books and publications, bookstalls, record photos on screening the documentary film “Noble Myanmar” put on attractive display, and admission is free for students and enthusiastic people. — MNA
