The Senior General views round the PJSC Kazan Helicopters Plant.

The delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on 13 July visited the Kazan Aircraft Production Association and HIMGRAD Industrial Complex in Kazan of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On arrival at the PJSC Kazan Helicopters Plant, Managing Director Mr Vladimir Ginsburg conducted the Senior General and party round the production belt where the Senior General asked what he wanted to know. The Senior General visited the helicopter test driving chamber with the use of a simulator and drove it.
PJSC Kazan Helicopters Plant was established in 1940, and it was one of the parts of the Russian Helicopters Company owned by the Rostac Corporation. Up to now, it has manufactured more than 12,000 Mi-4, Mi-8, Mi-14, Mi-17 and Ansat helicopters and exported them to more than 100 countries. The plant joined the Russian Helicopters Joint Venture Company which would be the main share-holder in 2007. Now, the plant is carrying out the pilot construction of the Mi-38 medium multipurpose helicopter and many productions. It has so far secured more than 27 certificates of honour and medals from 1945 to 2020. At the HIMGRAD Industrial Complex, General Director Airat Mansurovich explained the undertaking of the complex for doing business, and the Senior General asked what he wanted to know.
The Senior General heard reports on raw materials produced by businesses from the complex, household utensils, medicines, oil and natural gas electronic equipment, fertilizers, pharmaceutical materials, and personal goods presented by officials. After hearing the reports of officials, the Senior General discussed the situation for trading with Myanmar.
The Senior General viewed the UAV manufacturing workshop for agricultural tasks, military transport and battlefield bullet-proof vehicles and engines. At the Organic Plant to produce fertilizers, the Senior General visited and discussed the situation to do cooperation with the plant. In the evening, the Senior General and party left Kazan Airport of Kazan of the Republic of Tatarstan for Saint Petersburg by air. At Pulkovo International Airport of St Petersburg, the Senior General and party were welcomed by officials of the government office of St Petersburg. — MNA
