At the invitation of Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China, a Myanmar delegation led by State Administration Council Member Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae left Yangon for the People’s Republic of China yesterday to attend the 2024 Conference of Global Public Security Cooperation Forum to be held from 8 to 10 September in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, the People’s Republic of China.
The Myanmar delegation was seen off at Yangon International Airport by Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs. — MNA/KZL
