SAC Member participates in December collective walk in Pathein

SAC Member Mahn Nyein Maung observes the Myanaung District MSMEs Expo held at the People's Square of Myanaung Township in Ayeyawady Region yesterday.

State Administration Council Member Mahn Nyein Maung, the Ayeyawady Region chief minister and relevant officials participated in the December walking event in Pathein Township yesterday.
A total of 5,000 participants, including departmental staff, members of social organizations, locals and students, joined the collective walk.
Then, the SAC member and party watched the final match of the inter-department volleyball competition at Koethein gymnasium in Pathein and awarded the athletes.
They also attended the new harvest festival of the Asho Chin people at Kyangin Township General Administrative Office of Myanaung District.
The SAC member remarked on the event and enjoyed the traditional Chinese songs and dances.
Moreover, the SAC member and party inspected the winter sunflower and monsoon sunflower cultivation in Thawkyaduu village of Kyangin Township and instructed the necessary measures.
At noon, they met the locals of Myanaung District and briefed them on the five-point roadmap, nine objectives, and development programmes of the State Administration Council.
They then presented the agrochemicals for the summer paddy project to farmers of Myanaung, Kyangin, and Ingapu townships.
Then, the regional chief minister handed over solar equipment to electrify Myanaung Township using the region’s capital expenditure of 2023-2024FY. The SAC member and party also observed the Myanaung District MSMEs Expo held at People’s Square of Myanaung Township. — MNA/KTZH
