SAC members meet departmental officials, residents in Minbya Township

State Administration Council Members Admiral Tin Aung San, Mahn Nyein Maung, Daw Aye Nu Sein, U Moung Har, Union Construction Minister U Shwe Lay, Rakhine State Chief Minister Dr Aung Kyaw Min, Commander Maj-Gen Htin Latt Oo of the Western Command and Rakhine state cabinet ministers met departmental personnels, town elders and locals of Minbya Township at the Yar Maung Hall to discuss regional development, social, economic, health and transport sectors yesterday.
First, SAC Member Admiral Tin Aung San made a remark regarding measures to ensure smooth trade flows and transport, local stability, social, economic, education and health sectors.
Then, resident U Maung San Kyaw and town elders put forward their requirements on behalf of the Rakhine people and SAC members coordinated the discussion.
The SAC members, Union ministers, Rakhine state chief minister, and commander provided presents and sports materials to township officials and ethnic leaders. — MNA
