Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win received Mr Is-kander Azizov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at the Credentials Hall of the Office of the State Administration Council Chairman in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
At the meeting, they discussed the implementation of the processes in the special economic zone and generating electricity. They cordially exchanged views on political, economic and defence sectors, including expression of media in Russia on information about the progress of Myanmar and necessary information the Ambassador wished to know. Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Lwin Oo and officials also attended the meeting. — MNA/TTA
