SAC Vice-Chair DPM Vice-Senior General Soe Win receives Ambassador of India to Myanmar

Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win received Indian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Vinay Kumar in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the meeting, they cordially discussed cooperation in peace and tranquillity at the border region of both countries, further promotion of cooperation, bilateral trade and development programmes including the Multi-Modal Transit Transport Project.
Also present at the event together with the Vice-Senior General were Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Kyaw Myo Htut and Director-General U Aung Ko. The Indian ambassador was accompanied by deputy secretary Ms Reeta Meena. — MNA/KTZH
