Senior military officers have to manage systematic moves of subordinates and control themselves with a conscience: Senior General

All senior military officers have to serve their duties with the least mistakes, said Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing in his meeting with senior officer instructors and senior officer trainees at the Command and General Staff College in Kalaw yesterday morning.
Continuous efforts to be made not to lose the ambitions and goals of individuals
Speaking on the occasion, the Senior General said that everybody has ambitions and goals since childhood. They have to strive not to lose their ambitions with constant efforts. If so, they will have success and improve themselves.
Needs to try hard to set records for themselves in serving duties and endeavours
The Senior General continued to say that all senior military officers have to serve their duties with the least mistakes. They have to apply experiences in serving duties of commanding officers and the lessons learnt from this training course in improving relevant regiments and units they lead. They have to study all subjects in the training till the end of the course.
Only when they control themselves with a conscience will they have success in their duties
The Senior General stressed that senior military officers have to control their subordinates systematically and control themselves with a conscience. If so, they will have success in their assignments. During the training course, they have to systematically learn subjects related to the Tatmadaw and field disciplines to be applied in practical fields. Only when they make keen studies will they have critical thinking and logical moves as well as contribute to the improvement of their lives.
The Senior General then visited the headquarters of local battalions in Kalaw station and inspected the sale of foodstuffs and consumer goods at fair prices. Moreover, he inspected preparations to dredge the silt from Natyaykan Lake in the local battalion and gave guidance on repairing the bunds of the lake and dredging silt in the lake before monsoon.
The Senior General then had lunch together with senior officer instructors and senior officer trainees at the Command and General Staff College. — MNA/TTA
