Some fibre internet services continue slowing in Yangon

Some townships in Yangon are facing low internet speed. The speed was recovered on 22 October night but still slowing, according to the users.
Internet operators announced internet fibre problems happened near Myawady and Kawkareik townships.
“They announced the connection speed will be back on 22 October but we get it at 10 pm. The internet speed is not as fast as it used to be, and as of 23 October, there are still delays,” one of the Myanmar Net users told. Now, officials from Myanmar Net are working hard to recover as soon as possible, announced by Myanmar Net.
“When using the internet, disconnect the line we regret to inform you that delays may occur. Therefore, the engineering team are repairing the connection as soon as possible so that the internet lines can be used again as usual, and when it returns to its original state, it will be notified via the UNILINK Facebook page,” said an official of the UNILINK. — TWA/GNLM
