Stakes driven for construction of MRTV’s Diamond Jubilee Museum

A ceremony to drive stakes for construction of the building for Diamond Jubilee Museum of Myanma Radio and Television took place at MRTV in Nay Pyi Taw, Tatkon, yesterday morning.
Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing has already given guidance to separately build the Diamond Jubilee building of MRTV on the right-wing of the main building of MRTV and open it on a grand scale.
Union Minister for Information U Chit Naing, Deputy Minister U Ye Tint and officials drove stakes for the building.
The Union Minister met the staff of MRTV at Auditorium and urged them to emphasize their works.
The two-storeyed RCC building will be 100 feet long, 75 feet wide and 26 feet high. The museum will display musical instruments used in successive eras of MRTV, equipment, scale models, and public observation studios. — MNA
