Nobody should harm the weak points of others. Especially, anyone should not tease or blame or harm the weakness of persons with disabilities. If not, those who commit such kinds of inappropriate acts show off their minds of lower social class.
In fact, nobody can be disabled. Everybody wishes to be a person with physical and mental strengths meeting the standard. But, anyone cannot afford to repair their fortune in their lives. So also, their mothers wish to give birth to babies without any weaknesses. But, no one can see the fortune.
As such, nobody should take advantage of the weakness of anyone in all arenas. On the other hand, those with disabilities should not be downhearted at their weakness of physical structures. Actually, disabilities are not shameful. But, the lower class’s mental expression is shameful. That is why everybody should give a helping hand to persons with disabilities.
Likewise, persons with disabilities need to strive for securing anything they anticipate with might and main. They should not give up on anything. Nature has given gifts to everybody. Those who hold up a high IQ can efficiently exploit such an IQ for their lives. As such, persons with disabilities need to efficiently utilize their advantages in their lives.
In line with the central premise of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to “leave no one behind”, it is crucial for governments, and public and private sectors to collaboratively find innovative solutions for and with persons with disabilities to make the world a more accessible and equitable place.
The 2022 global observance to commemorate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities will be around the overarching theme of innovation and transformative solutions for inclusive development, covering in three different interactive dialogues the following thematic topics.
In this regard, sustainable development goal 8 mentions the Innovation for disability-inclusive development in employment. Likewise, SDG10 also expresses the Innovation for disability-inclusive development in reducing inequality. Moreover, Innovation for disability-inclusive development emphasizes the sport as a good practice example and a site of innovation, employment and equity.
That is why all the global people including Myanmar citizens should enjoy the shared future through thick and thin for shaping their respective futures and fortunes by giving a helping hand to the handicapped persons to be able to build their future together. If so, they will have the chance to uphold the concept in line with this year’s theme: Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Dignity and Justice for All of Us, of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
