The Department of Social Welfare will be recruiting trainees for the fourth school-based domestic vocational training in the 2024-2025 financial year at its schools in ten major cities, including Yangon, from 2 September to 11 October 2024.
The training will take place at its schools located in Yangon, Mandalay, Mawlamyine, Pathein, Toungoo, Myitkyina, Pyapon, Sittway, Ywangan, and Dawei.
The training will provide sewing courses (women, children, and men clothing, coats), domestic handicraft training (crochet, embroidery, sewing), baking, cooking, and floral design training with domestic and foreign experts through technical and practical approaches.
There are eight batches every academic year, with each batch taking six weeks.
