The Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement is supporting IDP camps across the nation with the means to protect themselves against COVID-19.
In that regard, the ministry provided 40 bottles of hand sanitizers, 20 bags of lime powder, 962 bars of soap, 1,298 surgical masks, 2 thermometers, 2 hand speakers, and 2 vinyl posters and 2 memory sticks with awareness campaign information to 2 IDP camps in Tanai Township, Kachin State.
Similarly, the ministry provided 5,078 bars of soap, 10,156 cloth masks, 2,690 bottles of hand sanitizers, 12 hand speakers, 12 thermometers, and 12 vinyl posters and 12 memory sticks with awareness campaign information to 12 IDP camps in MraukU Township, Rakhine State.
