Whatever it may be, an advice would be given to the people wishing to use oxygen for their health. To regain the satisfactory level of oxygen in the body, they need to take meditation. The way of meditation is a kind of breathing. Anyone including confirmed patients of COVID-19 may take such exercise by breathing in and breathing out.

Actually, the meditation is an exercise of living beings, not very related to the religious orders. Hence, all the people facing or not facing the COVID-19 may take meditation for concentration of their minds as well as for improvement of health conditions to overcome the challenges of COVID-19.

Especially, the COVID-19 patients need to concentrate their mind on breathing in and breathing out in a slow manner. Firstly, the process may be difficult for those patients but it will be gradually comfortable. While breathing, the patients should not be downhearted for their health conditions. They should remove worries from their minds. They may take meditation in appropriate position of cross-legged sitting or supine position. When the patients breathe easily, it is sure that their oxygen levels in the body would have risen.
Any persons from various religions may take meditation for regaining the satisfactory levels of oxygen. Actually, the meditation is an exercise of living beings, not very related to the religious orders. Hence, all the people facing or not facing the COVID-19 may take meditation for concentration of their minds as well as for improvement of health conditions to overcome the challenges of COVID-19.
