Tatmadaw falsely alleged of bombing IDP shelter

A malicious media outlet, Khit Thit Media, is spreading false news on social media accusing Tatmadaw of bombing the Zayyathukha Monastery that shelters over 200 internally displaced people in Namhkam, Shan State.
IDPs at the monastery clarified that it was only false news and that Tatmadaw did not conduct any air raid on 13 December.
Reports indicate that several malicious sites on social media are circulating misinformation to incite misunderstanding against Tatmadaw. — MNA/NT
