Tatmadaw sports personnel and coaches honored

Prize winning Tatmadaw sports personnel and coaches who participated in the 28th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet, International Invitation Boxing Competition and the 19th ASEAN University Games were honored in a ceremony held at the Bayintnaung Guest House, Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning. Tatmadaw Commander-in-Chief Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the event and presented certificates of honor and cash prizes to the Tatmadaw sports personnel and coaches.
At the event, the Tatmadaw Commander-in-Chief outlined the prize winners and coaches in the 28th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet, International Invitation Boxing Competition and 19th ASEAN University Games and said the success of the Tatmadaw in these events were the success of the country and the prize winners and coaches were being honored for bringing forth these successes.
Next the Tatmadaw Commander-in-Chief and wife, Deputy Tatmadaw Commander-in-Chief and Commander-in-Chief (Army) and wife, Chiefs of General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) and Commander-in-Chief (Air) presented certificates of honor and cash awards to prize winning Tatmadaw sports personnel and coaches.
After the event the Tatmadaw Commander-in-Chief cordially met with the honored Tatmadaw sports personnel and coaches according to news released by the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services.
