Terrorists destroy schools using grenades, homemade bombs, mines

The terrorists intentionally provided financial assistance to launch bomb attacks on public roads, streets and departmental offices of the administrative officials who participate in governmental operations.
At about 8:30 am on 1 December, the security forces inspected in front of BEHS(3) on 111st street between 60th and 61st streets in Myothit (4) Ward of Chanmyathazi Township of Mandalay Region according to the tip-off. Then, they seized a homemade bomb made of PVC pipe in a bag found beside 111st street in front of the school. When they deactivated the bomb, another bomb about 15ft in distance exploded. It was reported no one was injured.
Similarly, at about 8:30 pm on the same day, a homemade bomb made of PVC pipe was planted by the terrorists near the basic education high school in Nyaunglun Village in Tatkon Township in Nay Pyi Taw Territory exploded.
At about 6:30 am on 2 December, the security forces also inspected the vicinity area of that school as they received information. They found a homemade bomb made of PVC there and no one was injured in the bomb blast.
Acting on to a tip-off, the security forces also examined near the No (2) BEHS in No (7) Ward of Shwepyitha Township in Yangon Region and also seized a homemade mine attached to Keypad in front of the fence of the school. Then, they also found pieces of the broken homemade bomb under a tree near the entrance to the school. The security forces investigate to arrest the suspects who committed such attacks. —MNA
